We love real estate.  

Have you ever found something that frankly wasn't very pretty, but you saw PAST the issues and saw how it could be beautiful and awesome?

Maybe it was a stray animal that you adopted as a pet. Maybe it was an older car that you thought had great potential. Maybe it's your yard, or maybe it's your career, or maybe it's some other interest, hobby, or passion in your life.

For us, it's houses. Especially houses in desirable locations!

There's just nothing cooler than helping turn something that is someone's problem, into someone else's dream come true.  And we've been doing that for a long time.

We love that process, and we love helping others through that process. But becoming a House Ninja did not happen quickly...

We first got into real estate in a very traditional way - as a realtor. We got listings, showed properties, and did our best to serve people well.

We noticed that there were many people who needed a different type of service. They didn't want to list their home on the market and wait around for it to sell. They had different needs. They needed to get out from under a property, and quickly. Or in some cases, they inherited a property they never asked for, or they encountered some sort of life event that required a quick change.  

The "traditional" real estate system is not set up to serve those people's needs.

We began experimenting with a different real estate model, and sought to help these homeowners that needed speed and efficiency in their transaction.  

Little by little, day by day, with practice and time, we began to develop the skills to help people out regardless of the difficulty of the situation or the challenges involved.  

Today, we are proud to say we have participated in many, many transactions that have benefitted the homeowners greatly.
